1. Incoming Material Inspection
When the raw materials for trampolines arrive at the warehouse,The quality inspector shall check the specifications, models, quantity, appearance, etc. of the raw materials according to the purchase order and relevant quality standards. Conduct material performance tests on key raw materials such as springs and trampoline fabrics. Test the elastic coefficient and fatigue life of the springs, and test the tensile strength and abrasion resistance of the trampoline fabrics.The quality inspector shall record the inspection results in detail and file them for future reference.
2. Pre-production Sample Assembly
Before mass production of trampolines, the production department shall make pre-production samples according to the design drawings and process requirements, and strictly implement the process standards, such as ensuring the firm connection of the frame and the uniform tension of the trampoline fabric. After the samples are made, the quality inspector shall conduct a comprehensive inspection, including appearance, dimensions, strength, safety, etc. For example, measure the dimensions of the trampoline and conduct a jumping test.
